La Isla del Condado resort is located within the larger golf resort of Condado del Alhama. The resort is conveniently located close to the airports of San Javier, (25 mins drive) Alicante (45 mins) and the new Corvera airport which is due to open in 2009 (15 mins.).

Locally the lovely beach town of Mazarron is only 15 minutes drive away while the traditional and charming Spanish town of Alhama de Murcia, famed for its ancient spring water, is only a 10 minute drive from the resort.

The development

La Isla del Condado, one of Polaris worlds latest and most exclusive releases occupies a unique and enviable location on an island within the resorts picturesque lake. Entry to the island is via a bridge creating an exclusive and tranquil haven away from the larger resort area.

The complex comprises 396 luxury properties, cleverly distributed among 11 low rise blocks of only four staggered levels. Set within beautifully landscaped gardens, a walkway meanders through the resort leading residents to the lovely leisure area called “Club de la Isla” which houses a gym, bar, swimming pools and sunbathing areas.
